A rugby jersey offered to the gendarmes of Gimont

During the past week, the soldiers of the community of brigades (COB) of the gendarmerie of Gimont had the visit of Pierre-Henry Broncan, head coach of Castres-Olympique (CO), a club which finished first in the regular season of Top and unfortunate finalist of the championship of France. The latter offered the club jersey autographed by all CO players to complete the unit’s collection. It was during a meeting at the start of the year on the edge of a rugby field that the Gerso-Tarnais coach learned about this collection. He had then promised to go to the Gimont brigade to offer his club jersey. It’s chosen done.

Around a discussion on rugby, the gendarmes were able to appreciate the “humility and kindness” of the Gersois who gave them an appointment at the Pierre-Antoine stadium to support the “blues and whites”.
