For both professionals and young people, Ujap Quimper confirms its status as the best Breton club for men: on Saturday, in “their” Michel-Gloaguen room, the Finistère club’s U17s and their captain Louis Thomas largely dominated the final of the Brittany Cup in their category, against Rennes PA (94-68). A victory, the third in a row in the competition (after 2018 and 2019), acquired in particular thanks to a huge second quarter, won 37-9.
It should be noted that in the final of the Women’s U18 Brittany Cup, played at the same place on Saturday and won by Landerneau against CTC Aurore-Étrelles-Argentré (88-53), a certain Louane Foirest, daughter of Laurent, the coach of the pros at the Rams of Kemper, was part of the winning squad.
