Maintained without flinching (8th out of 12), the Handball Club of Corbie is committed to preparing for its second season in National 2. To do this, one of the only two Picardy women’s teams to evaluate as high, with now the promoted Saint- Quentin, carried out a very “Oisian” recruitment.
Three players from the Entente Oise have reinforced the Corbean ranks: pivot Pauline Bourgeois, rear Silia Desprez and a young goalkeeper Gilda Germe (16), who has to replace one of the incumbents in the event of injury.
Start of the championship on September 10
All that’s missing is a right-back to complete a squad that only regrets the departure of Océane Grauet from the Saint-Amand reserve (National 1). This stability is also required as a coach.
Rémi Ricard would have seen himself handed over to take more care of young people, but for lack of candidates for his position, the club’s only employee will, in all likelihood, be there for the resumption of training in early August. A month later, on September 10, his players will resume the championship by receiving Bully-les-Mines.
Composition of the pool: CORBIE, SAINT-QUENTIN, Lomme (b), Hazebrouck, Aulnoye-Aymeries (b), Bully-les-Mines, Béthune, Ivry, Aubervilliers, Rosières-Saint-Julien, Sainte Maure-Troyes.
