As part of its sports policy, the city of Quiberon continues to renovate the Bois d’Amour tennis courts. Last year, two courts were redone, there were three this year. Tennis is managed by public service delegation by Nicolas Leblais, director and tennis teacher. “Three courts are still to be renovated, explains Gildas Quendo, the first deputy in charge of sports. We are considering whether it is appropriate to expand the offer with artificial clay courts”.
It was also decided to provide free and open access to two courts when the Peninsula Tennis Club is closed, ie on weekdays from mid-September. For Nicolas Leblais, the time is above all for preparations for the many activities that will be offered in July and August. In addition to the courses and the management of the reservation schedule, he will organize two youth and adult tournaments. The novelty will also be the installation of an archery club on the site.
