Mazamet. Rugby: Sporting knows what awaits it for the next season

Sporting has evaluated this season in pool 3 of Federal 1 which has 48 teams divided into 4 pools of 12 teams. For the second part of the competition, the 1st and 2nd of each group will be directly qualified for the 1/8th finals of the French championship. The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th of each group will play a round of play-offs. The matches will take place on the field of the highest ranked. The winners will advance to the quarter-finals.

For these final phases: the eighth and the quarters will be played in home / away matches and the semi-finals and the final in a “dry” match on neutral ground. For the following season, the 4 teams qualified in the semi-finals of the French championship will be promoted to National 2 and the 8 teams ranked 11th and 12th in each pool are relegated to Federal 2. The SCM will travel to Tulle on September 11 (return on December 18), September 25 in Pamiers (return on January 22), October 16 in Castelsarrasin (return on February 12), November 6 in Lavaur (return on March 5), November 13 in Saint-Sulpice (return March 12) and December 4 in Castelnaudary (return April 2). The SCM will receive L’Isle-Jourdain on September 18 (return on January 15), Castanet on October 9 (return on January 29), Lombez on October 23 (return on February 19), the TOEC on November 27 (return on March 26 ) and Valence d’Agen on December 11 (return on April 16).
