As with the 14-July plot, the transformation of the playgroud has been attributed to the artist MAS Graffiti. He was accompanied in the morning by two young people in civic service or in a youth workshop in Ousse-des-Bois, and in the afternoon by four spontaneous volunteers who followed his instructions and worked on the bomb, for a stunning result.
