The Magazine Art de Vivre Provence Côte d’Azur celebrates its 22nd anniversary at the Provençal Golf of Sophia Antipolis

Meriem and Bernard Giani, owners of Séquoia editions and the Magazine Art de Vivre Provence Côte d’Azur, and Jean-Jacques Gonzales, president of Provençal Golf, have invited hotel and restaurant professionals to celebrate the magazine’s 22nd anniversary.

ART OF LIVING PROVENCE – Cuisine from the Comté de Nice and Lebanese flavors were honored at the buffets set up by the chefs from the Côte d’Azur. The Nice winegrowers Carine Dalmasso, representing the Domaine de La Source, Valérie and Gio Sergi from Clos Saint Vincent, both AOC Bellet and many Var winegrowers came to present their new cuvées, The socca was in the spotlight, as were the panisses , the stuffed and the pan bagnat which were offered to gluttony as well as the courgette flower and the socca crisps, created by the chef Luc Salsedo. The Distilleries de Provence will test their new Henri Bardouin Prestige pastis, enriched with 4 new ingredients: vetiver – saffron from Forcalquier – Centifolia rose – Sichuan pepper and their traditional Rinquinquin with peach from Provence. Longer, the liquoristerie de Provence highlighted its collection of plant liqueurs and its P’tit Bleu, the pastis whose color evokes the sky of Provence. Jean Haidar and his wife from Le Cèdre restaurant offered their Lebanese cuisine. A huge brazier sat enthroned in the middle of the space, offering beautiful grills to the guests. There were many professionals and the pleasure of being together was palpable in the aisles.
