The season of Top 14 2022/2023 will start on September 3 weekend and all the teams will want to be there from the start given the increasing density of the championship. For this, all the clubs have already programmed their preparations with very good friendly matches.
Almost a month lag between the resumption of Bayonne and that of Montpellier
So if you’re on vacation but you miss rugby here is the recovery program and the most important friendly matches of all the Top 14 clubs before the start of the season.
Bayonne has already returned to the training grounds since July 4 followed very closely by Brive which resumed on July 5.
the French Stadium had scheduled its resumption on July 11 while the Pau Section has been back on the pitch since July 13, as has Toulon without its internationals who will resume on their side on August 7.
July 14, no national holiday for players of theUSAP who met for physical preparation followed the next day, July 15 by Lyons. Castres recommended workouts on July 17 just before Clermont and the La Rochelle which resumed on July 18.
Finally, there are therefore four teams that have still not joined the grounds for next season. the Race 92 which will resume on July 20. L’UBB and Toulouse who will resume on July 25 and finally the defending champion, Montpellier who will wait until August 1 before the official resumption.

And to prepare all the Top 14 formations will play friendly matches and not the least.
