After a few days of interruption due to fraud orchestrated by the organizing country, Rwanda, the 20th African Women’s Volleyball Championship resumed this Sunday, September 19. In the semi-finals in the lair of Kigali Arena, Kenya beat Morocco.

Record holder of the competition with 9 titles, Kenya qualified for its 12th final including the ninth consecutive at the African Women’s Volleyball Championship. It is following his triumphant victory obtained in three sets to nil against Morocco (25-12, 25-21, 25-11).

In the final, Kenya, silver medalists in 2017 (Yaoundé) and 2019 (Cairo), will try to win their 10th trophy. He will be opposed to his pet peeve which is none other than Cameroon, double defending champion.
